Domestic arrivals are quick, a chauffeur meets you at the designated baggage carousel with a name sign shortly after landing. International arrivals clear Canadian customs and collect baggage first, which typically adds time before you reach the public arrivals area.
Where your chauffeur meets you
For a pre-arranged chauffeured transfer, your chauffeur waits inside the terminal, not at a curb, holding a name sign and ready to take your luggage as soon as you clear the arrivals area. We confirm the exact meeting point in your booking details ahead of the trip so there's no searching around after a long flight.
Flight tracking and delays
Every arrival is tracked in real time, so an early landing or a delay doesn't change your rate or leave a chauffeur guessing. The pickup is timed to when your flight actually lands, and the quoted fare holds regardless of how the schedule shifts.
Private aviation and FBO transfers
YVR's private and general aviation traffic moves through dedicated fixed-base operators, separate from the two passenger terminals, rather than through the main arrivals halls.
