How you're met varies by airport. At most airports your chauffeur greets you personally with a name sign once you clear customs and collect your luggage; at the busiest hubs, Toronto Pearson and Billy Bishop, a dedicated representative meets you at the prearranged-pickup point. We confirm your exact meeting spot and terminal in your booking details.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup automatically. There is no extra charge for delays, your chauffeur is there when you land, early or late.
Which airports do you serve?

Can I book a round-trip or return airport transfer?
Yes. Round-trip and standing corporate bookings are available, and your chauffeur monitors your inbound flight for the return leg just as closely as the outbound.
How early should I book an airport transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to lock in your vehicle and rate, though we accommodate same-day and early-morning departures whenever a vehicle is available.
Do you serve both domestic and international arrivals?
Yes, we cover domestic, transborder, and international arrivals at Pearson, as well as Billy Bishop (YTZ) and cross-border runs to Buffalo Niagara (BUF) and Detroit Metro (DTW).
Is an airport limo cheaper than a taxi or Uber?
For a single passenger off-peak, a taxi or rideshare can be cheaper, but rideshare surges at busy times, while our fare is fixed and all-in, with meet & greet, flight tracking, and a premium vehicle. For groups, executives, or peak travel it's often comparable and far more reliable.
