Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 13, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of www.ca.limo (the “Site”), owned and operated by Canadian Limos Inc. (“Canadian Limos”, “we”, “us”), a booking platform for chauffeured ground transportation. By using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms contain a dispute-resolution clause that affects how disputes are resolved — please read it carefully.
Intellectual Property
All content published on this Site — including images, text, logos, and downloadable files — is the property of Canadian Limos Inc. and its creators, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Bookings and Quotes
This Site allows you to request chauffeured transportation services. Submitting a quote request, booking enquiry, or account application is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. We will provide a quote based on the details you supply. Pricing is quoted and confirmed in writing before you travel; the confirmed quote sets out the price, vehicle class, and trip details. No charge is applied simply by submitting a quote request or enquiry on this Site. For eligible point-to-point trips, we also offer instant online booking: where you choose to book and pay online, full payment is collected at the time of booking and your reservation is confirmed upon successful payment.
How Your Booking Is Fulfilled
Canadian Limos operates a booking platform. When you book with us, we arrange your journey with an independent chauffeur company from our vetted operator network. That operator performs the transportation and is the licensed carrier for your trip, holding the operating authority and commercial passenger insurance required in the jurisdiction it travels in.
What we do is select and verify every operator before it carries our clients, set the service standards they are required to meet, confirm and hold your reservation, and remain your single point of contact before, during and after the trip — including for any service issue, refund, or rebooking. Your booking agreement is with Canadian Limos.
All descriptions and images of vehicles and services are provided as accurately as possible but are illustrative; specific vehicles are assigned subject to availability (an “or similar” vehicle of the same class). We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel a booking where necessary.
Pricing and Payment
Fares are quoted on a per-trip or hourly basis depending on the service, and are itemised and confirmed in writing before your trip. Quotes are calculated on the details confirmed at booking, not on actual travel time or distance. The amount on your invoice is the agreed price for the trip as described, including any additional services listed on it: anything extra is discussed and agreed with you before the invoice is issued, and we do not add charges to an invoice you have not already accepted. Charges that can only be known on the day — a stop or route change added en route, waiting beyond the complimentary allowance, tolls, parking and airport access fees, and any cleaning charge — are billed afterwards with a breakdown, to the card held on file. Payment terms — including accepted methods, deposits (if any), and invoicing — are set out in your written booking confirmation or, for corporate clients, in your account agreement. Corporate accounts are typically invoiced. For most enquiries we do not require prepayment. For eligible point-to-point trips booked through our instant online booking, full payment (fare plus applicable HST) is collected securely at the time of booking; card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, who keep your card on file against the reservation so that any agreed additional charges can be settled.
Changes and Cancellations
The change and cancellation terms applicable to your booking are set out in your invoice or written booking confirmation, which is the operative document for that reservation. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. The standard terms for point-to-point and airport transfers are summarised below; hourly hire, special events, and large group bookings carry longer notice periods, stated on the invoice. The full policy, including waiting time and additional charges, is at Trip Modifications & Additional Charges.
Rescheduling. One complimentary date or time change is permitted when requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Further changes requested more than 48 hours in advance may incur a $50 modification fee; changes requested within 48 hours may incur a $100 modification fee, subject to availability. Changes requested within 24 hours of pick-up cannot be accommodated and require a new booking. Airport pick-ups include complimentary inbound flight monitoring and the schedule adjustments that follow from it.
Cancellation. Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled pick-up are refunded less a $75 processing fee per trip. Between 3 days and 24 hours before pick-up, 25 percent of the total trip value or $75 is charged, whichever is greater. Between 24 and 12 hours before pick-up, 50 percent or $75 is charged, whichever is greater. Within 12 hours of pick-up, and for no-shows, the booking is non-refundable and charged in full. Cancellation timelines run from the original booking date and time — rescheduling does not reset them. Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method.
Waiting time. Non-airport pick-ups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting after the scheduled time. Airport pick-ups include flight tracking and a grace period after landing, stated with your pick-up instructions. Waiting beyond the complimentary allowance is charged at $120 per hour for sedans, $150 per hour for SUVs, and $300 per hour for stretch limousines and Sprinters, plus tax and gratuity, billed in 30-minute increments.
We may, at our discretion, offer a future travel credit in place of a cancellation charge where the request reaches us more than 24 hours before pick-up. Such goodwill is assessed case by case and is not guaranteed.
Consumer Protection
Where the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer-protection legislation applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation, and the mandatory provisions of that legislation will prevail in the event of a conflict.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Canadian Limos Inc. and its directors, officers, agents, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canadian Limos Inc. and its directors, officers, agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this Site or your violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussion, you and Canadian Limos agree to submit the matter to a neutral mediator acceptable to both parties, with mediation costs shared equally; any mediator’s decision is non-binding. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an action in small claims court or seeking injunctive relief or relief for intellectual-property infringement.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under applicable law, that provision will be removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
Changes
These Terms may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect changes in how we operate. We will post any updated version on this Site and update the Effective Date above.
