Is there a minimum number of hours for an hourly booking?
Our minimum hourly booking is three hours. Weddings and peak dates may require longer minimums. Your quote will confirm the exact terms before you commit.
What happens if my day runs over the booked hours?
Overtime is billed in agreed increments at the same rate as your booking. The terms are set out in your written confirmation before you travel, so there are no unexpected charges at the end.
Can I add or change stops during the booking?
Yes. With hourly hire you are paying for the time, not a fixed route. You can adjust stops, change the order, or add destinations within your booked window at no extra charge.
When does the clock start on an hourly booking?
Your booking window starts at your confirmed pickup time. We do not use garage-to-garage billing — the hours you pay for are the hours you have the vehicle.
Is hourly hire more expensive than a point-to-point transfer?
For a single pickup and drop-off, a point-to-point transfer usually costs less. Hourly hire makes sense when you have multiple stops, a flexible schedule, or need the vehicle on standby through the day. Describe your trip when requesting a quote and we'll recommend whichever option costs you less.
