Flat cross-border fares confirmed in writing before you travel, no surge pricing, no per-kilometre meter, no surprises at the curb.
How the Crossing Works
Smooth across the line
The Niagara crossings into Western New York are the busiest and the fastest from Toronto. Your chauffeur handles the route and the wait times; you simply present your documents at the booth. Here's how a typical trip goes.
We plan your crossing
We confirm your route, destination, and party, check live border wait times, and choose the fastest Niagara crossing for your timing.
Door-to-door pickup
Your chauffeur collects you in Toronto (or anywhere in the GTA) in a premium vehicle and heads for the border.
Clear customs
You present your passport or NEXUS at the inspection booth while your chauffeur handles the drive, NEXUS lanes used where the whole party is enrolled.
Arrive in the U.S.
Continue straight to your destination, downtown Buffalo, Niagara Falls NY, a BUF flight, or beyond into New York State.
Documents: every passenger needs a valid passport or accepted equivalent (NEXUS, enhanced licence). Border officers may conduct a secondary inspection at their discretion, we plan generous margins so an inspection never puts your flight or meeting at risk.

Questions
Cross-Border Limo FAQ
Which U.S. destinations do you serve from Toronto?
Our most-requested cross-border runs are the Niagara/Buffalo corridor, Buffalo, Niagara Falls NY, and Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF), all roughly 1.5 hours from Toronto. We also handle longer runs into New York State (Rochester, NYC) and the Detroit/Windsor crossing to Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) on request.
What documents do I need to cross the border?
Every passenger needs a valid passport (or an accepted equivalent such as a NEXUS card or enhanced driver's licence). NEXUS members can use the dedicated lanes, which we'll route through when everyone in the vehicle is enrolled. We'll confirm the document requirements for your party when we arrange your trip.
How long is the drive from Toronto to Buffalo?
Toronto to Buffalo is roughly 1.5 hours via the QEW in normal traffic, plus the border crossing itself. We plan your departure around live border wait times and traffic so you arrive on schedule, whether you're catching a flight at BUF or meeting in downtown Buffalo.
Which border crossings do you use?
We use the Niagara-area crossings, the Peace Bridge (Fort Erie to Buffalo), the Rainbow Bridge and Whirlpool Rapids Bridge (Niagara Falls), and the Queenston–Lewiston Bridge. Your chauffeur selects the crossing with the shortest expected wait for your timing and destination.
How does customs work, do I clear it myself?
You clear customs as you normally would: your chauffeur drives you to the border inspection booth, you present your documents to the officer, and an officer may ask questions or request a secondary inspection. We can't speed up the inspection itself, but an experienced chauffeur who knows the crossings keeps the rest of the trip smooth and predictable.
Can my company set up a corporate account for cross-border travel?
Yes. Cross-border executive travel is a core part of our corporate program, centralized monthly invoicing, priority booking, and a dedicated account manager. Ask us about opening an account for your team.
