Domestic, transborder, and international arrivals
YUL runs domestic, U.S. transborder, and international arrivals through a single connected terminal, but the three flows move at different speeds. Domestic arrivals reach the public arrivals area quickly, a chauffeur meets you at the baggage carousel with a name sign. U.S. flights clear preclearance before boarding, so you exit much like a domestic passenger. International arrivals clear Canadian customs and collect baggage first, which adds time before you reach the same arrivals area.
Where your chauffeur meets you
For a pre-arranged chauffeured transfer, your chauffeur personally meets you at Door 24 on the arrivals level once you've collected your luggage, holding a name sign and ready to take your bags. We confirm the exact meeting point in your booking details ahead of the trip so there's no searching around after a long flight.
Flight tracking and delays
Every arrival is tracked in real time, so an early landing or a delay doesn't change your rate or leave a chauffeur guessing. The pickup is timed to when your flight actually lands, and the quoted fare holds regardless of how the schedule shifts.
Private aviation and FBO transfers
YUL's general aviation traffic moves through fixed-base operators on the airport grounds, separate from the main passenger terminal. For a private jet arrival, coordination happens off a tail number and an estimated wheels-down time, with the chauffeur staged at the FBO ahead of arrival, not called after the fact. Booking a Montréal airport transfer
