Sedan and SUV fares are calculated on distance from a set minimum charge, so the price reflects the actual trip, not a guess.
Shown before tax
Fares are quoted before 13% HST, the same way every quote is presented. No booking fees, no surge pricing, no post-trip surprises.
Fixed on your quote
The estimate becomes an exact, fixed price the moment we confirm your quote — including flight tracking, stops, and any extras.

Is the estimate the price I'll pay?
It's a close estimate based on driving distance. Your exact price is fixed and confirmed when you request a quote, and it won't change with traffic or demand. Extras like additional stops, meet-and-greet, or child seats are added on the quote.
Why can't I get an instant price for every route?
Our chauffeurs are based at Toronto Pearson (YYZ), so we show instant estimates for trips to or from Toronto and Pearson. For other routes across Canada, our team prepares a fixed quote by hand, usually within two hours.
How are Sedan and SUV priced?
Luxury Sedan and Luxury SUV are distance-based with a minimum charge, plus HST. Executive Sprinter and stretch limousines vary by vehicle, vendor, and availability, so they're always quoted individually.
Do corporate accounts get different pricing?
Corporate accounts can request negotiated rates, consolidated monthly invoicing, and cost-centre tagging. Contact us to set one up.
